Normandy Heights Neighborhood, Mt. Juliet
Mt. Juliet Neighborhood of The Week
Normandie Heights is a quiet residential neighborhood on the West side of Mt. Juliet. Access to the neighborhood is by way of Chandler Rd., between Central Pike and Old Lebanon Dirt Rd. This location means that Normandy Heights has no Through traffic, people entering the neighborhood generally live there. This limits traffic and makes for nice walking in the community.
All homes in Normandy are of Brick and a minimum of 2,000 sq. ft. Most have forward acing garages. Building this neighborhood began in 2005, so the homes are all modern. Hardwoods, fireplaces and nice yards are common.
All lots in Normandy are at least 1/4 Acre. Some are larger. The Community includes walking Trails, Common areas and a community playground. Homeowners Association Dues are $25 a month for those amenities.
Because of it's location Normandy makes for a very easy commute to Nashville or The Airport area. The planned new I40 Interchange at Central Pike will make that commute even quicker soon.
