Born and raised on a family farm just outside Nashville, Cathy Wood is great example of how farms grow good people. Jim & Cathy still have and work that farm today, producing Vegetables Herbs and their Award Winning Hot Sauce for friends and family.  

Cathy is a Vice-President of Crye-Leike Realtors, and also a member of the Circle Of Excellence , given to Realtors who have a 10 years of Excellence in Community Involvement . Cathy studied Real Estate while living in california and managed a Real Estate Office there before returning to Nashville. Buyers and sellers  from all over Tennessee come to her for advice on Real Estate and relocation. 

Cathy is also deeply involved in her community, serving as Chairwoman of the Annual Sweet Tooth Auction for United Way, starting the Mt. Juliet Chapter of Civitan and today serves as the Chairwoman of the Mt. Juliet Senior Activity Center.

Born in Philadelphia Jim came to Nashville to work on Internet services for AT&T years ago.  taking his knowledge of the Internet into the Real Estate community Jim became the first Realtor in tennessee to achieve the coveted E-Pro Designation.

Jim was also a pioneer in real Estate Photography, the first in Nashville to utilize Digital SLR and Wide Angle photography to create vivide photos of listings using natural light.

Together Jim & Cathy have achieved the Top 25 Designation for over 10 years. The first Team to do so among the 3000 Agents of Crye-Leike.

Together with Gary Rabideau, Jim and cathy created NashvilleHomeSearcher.com, the first private party real estate search engine in Nashville.

Today Jim, Cathy and Gary have turned their energies toward the emerging East side of Nashville, an area sometimes overlooked for it's more famous cousins, Franklin and Brentwood Tennessee, to the South.
